Stephanie has been an essential part of our customer support team, expertly balancing her career with her role as a work-from-home mom. ⚖️ What's one thing about working at Lugg that has surprised you in a positive way?

"I was surprised most by the work-life balance that is encouraged and the management being so supportive both professionally and personally."

👩‍💻 What does your day-to-day look like?

"I spend most of my day interacting with Luggers and Operations. I've built great relationships with the other teams and really enjoy the rapport I get to build with the crews on the road."

🏡 Reflecting on your time with Lugg, what's been the most rewarding part of working remotely?

"Lugg has afforded me the ability to actively participate in my family. I get to watch my children grow while having a career. It's been a dream."
