Great team for my multi-dropoff move today. Very careful and respectful of my mom's things, took extra care to understand some odd pieces, and navigated one challenge with grace and professionalism. Very happy with this move. The team took so much stress out of getting this all done. Five stars, would absolutely book again. - Karen
Majdi and Murtaza arrived on time and were efficient and careful when moving in my newly purchased massage chair. They went above and beyond helping me also relocate another chair into the garage. I appreciate having this option for our delivery, as Task Rabbit never assigned a team to this task and I had to identify a viable alternative. - Etzel
Michael and Marvin with Lugg were very professional, extremely positive and their work was efficient. They made our day. I highly recommend Lugg. Thank you! - DC
We've had two great experiences with Lugg in DC. Their service providers are quick, friendly, and careful. Lugg has helped us in two situations where renting a moving van or hiring movers wouldn't have solved our problems. - Heather
Excellent service. Trained movers. Paid attention to delicate items. Very helpful and responsive. - DCC
Coty and Holly are great. They arrived on time; they were exceptionally personable. They were very helpful with the items I had to move. They had items to protect my futon and dresser in their truck, and they helped me get to and from the moving location. They're a great duo, and I definitely recommend them. Thank you! - James
Ethan & Geomar were efficient, friendly & professional & I am SO glad I used this service. Will definitely use again. THANK YOU! - Julie
Elliott and Bryant were very efficient, very friendly, and very professional. I would recommend working with them anytime. - Leandro
Jahlil and Jammie were prompt and timely. And they were kind as well; we even shared a few laughs during the haul. - Lauren
Michael and Emmanuel were great! I really appreciate it there friendly professionalism, and diligence. We hired a different online moving company last weekend who dragged their feet, so we will be hiring Lugg again. Emmanuel and Michael turned a difficult move into a positive experience, that’s worth a lot. Thank you both! - Chris
Booked Lugg for Virginia pick-up and Maryland delivery of a desk and a chair that had been purchased via online auction. I requested 1:30 pickup, and Migual and Marvin arrived with the Lugg delivery truck just after 2 pm, which was excellent (earlier than I expected given traffic in the DC-metro area). They were super polite and friendly. They were also very patient and careful with moving my items up a flight of stairs to the second floor, especially with the bulky, heavy sleeper chair and the turn in the stairs. This was my first time using Lugg and I would definitely be willing to use Lugg in the future. - D.
Showed up on time (just a little bit early, even, but the app tracked them accurately and made sure I knew what was going on and could adjust). Really appreciate that they worked smart and efficiently. They took care with my furniture while also demonstrating a sense of urgency that showed that they understood I was on a tight budget. Would request them again in future if the app allowed me to choose my Lugg crew. Thanks! - Jeff
Marvin and Keon responded to my calls, were friendly and professional, and did a great job! They were efficient—and when you are paying by the minute, that’s a good thing! Thanks so much for a great delivery guys! - Kasia

These guys are the Best! They knew exactly how to maneuver the couch to get it easily out the door. They arrived on time and worked so quickly. I would use them again in a heartbeat. This is an invaluable service. - Michele
Had a small foot surgery and couldn’t move the couch, they were excellent at making sure the couch got into where it needed to be AND that I didn’t carry any of the pillows to protect my foot! - Perri

Jahlil and Geomar were amazing. They were able to move so many heavy boxes quickly and easily. They were cooperative, quick, and came perfectly on tome. I would hire them again. They were respectful of my home and made sure that the boxes were packed safely into their van. They made sure the packages got safely to their destination and loaded and unloaded them with care. I literally sat back and let them do all the work, they were phenomenal! - Jawad

I had two Lugg movers help me move my daughter from her college apartment to her new living situation as she starts her career in DC. I considered doing it myself but then thought better for quite a few reasons, and thank goodness I flip-flopped! Lugg sent Mike M and William. They were exceedingly professional, incredibly friendly and handled things perfectly. I highly suggest using Lugg and if you’re lucky enough to get these two gents. you’ll be way ahead in the game! - Henry
