They were absolutely awesome! Efficient, worked quickly and were incredibly professional. I’ll be sure to request them again! I locked myself out as we were leaving and Douglas channeled his inner Spider-Man to get into my second floor window and was able to get them back for me! And don’t even get me started on Alan! He totally rocked as well! Thank you both so much! - Jonathan

We thought they both were awesome. Very professional, very careful with our stuff and they were quick. We had some very heavy things and they handled it well. We tipped them $50 and I wanted to tip more so I’m happy I could add more here. I will be using you guys again. I’d like to mention that I had ordered the help only two days ago. Ours was not a move to another house yet but getting ready to stage the house and we needed to move a lot of things into our garage and upstairs ADU. The Lugg service was exactly what we needed. Thank you so much! - Lynmichelle
