5-star moving reviews in San Francisco, CA

We had such a wonderful experience with Mike! He delivered our fireplace and assembled it for us, and the care he brought to the entire experience made our evening feel truly special. From delivery through assembly, Mike was professional, courteous, and attentive. We appreciated the time and effort he put into getting our fireplace set up and ready for us to enjoy. Having someone handle both the delivery and assembly made the experience so much easier, and his helpful attitude added a personal touch that meant a great deal to us. What stood out most was that Mike did more than complete a service—he helped make a special addition to our home a wonderful memory. We were excited about our new fireplace, and being able to enjoy it together that very night made us even happier. Thank you, Mike, for your hard work, professionalism, and kindness. You made our night special, and we are truly grateful. We would gladly recommend you to anyone looking for thoughtful, professional delivery and assembly service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Helen

Guadalupe was fantastic! He picked up two items for me and then dropped them to a third location. He was friendly, easy to work with, speedy, and conscientious. He texted me pictures at each of the stops and double checked a few things with me to ensure all was as I expected. Great to work with and I'd hire him again! - Regina

Pankaj and Rate were wonderful. They strategized and organized the placement of three heavy items in my truck and strapped the whole thing very well so that I would be safe on the freeway. I’ve used Lugg 5 or 6 times in the past year and always been more than satisfied. It made my day today to get these items moved. Pankaj and Rate’s help made the whole process possible and they were light hearted and positive all the way through. - Leigh
