Wow. These guys are great. 5 stars for sure. We recently sold our son's condo near SDSU and had to get EVERYTHING out by Thursday. We gave all the furniture and kitchen stuff to friends, but that still left a closet full of boxes filled with the stuff our son wanted to take with him to his next place, plus an old window air conditioning unit that we needed gone. I didn't want to hire a pro moving company to do this small job, and I was wary of hiring someone un-pro from craigslist. What to do? I did some quick research and found out about the Dolly and Lugg apps. These companies reside in the gray area between full-on pro moving companies and the guys on craigslist. Perfect for my small move. The day before the move, I got both apps on my phone and then started with Dolly. You describe what you want moved, where you're at, where you want your stuff moved to, and upload some photos. After entering all the info, Dolly gave me the price: $1,200. Say what?!? $1,200 to move a closet's worth of stuff? No. HELL no. I dumped Dolly like a hot potato and moved on to Lugg. Same deal: enter your info and get a price. In Lugg's case, it was $94 + some rate per minute of time worked. So Lugg it was. To make a long story short, the Lugg guys Sharif and Johnny showed up right on time, they had a brand-spanking-new Ford van, and they got my stuff moved, no muss no fuss. For $200, not $1,200. No joke. Glad we discovered Lugg -- they're now our official go-to ANYTIME we need something moved. - Peter

Wilson and Kalifa were absolutely outstanding. They showed up right on time, communicated clearly, and tackled what can only be described as a Peloton Tread+ relocation obstacle course with professionalism and ease. This wasn’t a simple move—the treadmill is incredibly heavy (460lbs!), the stairs were challenging, and there were plenty of opportunities for things to go sideways. Instead, they handled every step with teamwork, skill, and a level of confidence that made the whole process look easy. They were careful, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed exactly the way I wanted. Watching them maneuver that treadmill was like witnessing a synchronized Olympic event: equal parts strength, precision, and grace. My back started hurting just watching them do the work. If you’re lucky enough to get Wilson and Kalifa on your job, you’re in great hands. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone who needs movers who bring both muscles and professionalism to the table. Five stars all day long. - Bryan

They did a great job. They were right on time, had all the supplies to carefully transport this chest with glass front doors. I wasn’t able to completely clean out my place before they arrived. They did a great job moving my things around in a very tight space. I would definitely recommend them and I would want to work them the next time I need muscle and transport.
