We were super impressed with the ease, convenience, and affordability of hiring Lugg. We had a large piece of furniture to pickup from a store outside of Philly and transport to our home in Maryland. The luggers (Tiyum and Jahi) communicated well, we loved the reassurance of being able to track their progress, and when they got here in pouring rain, they skillfully brought the furniture upstairs and helped us assemble it. They arrived at pickup and destination exactly on time. There was some confusion with pickup times given by the furniture store, and Jamar and Cameron were completely flexible and easy going. The sofa was a bit of a heavy load and the doorway needed to have parts removed to make the delivery more accessible. Jamar was quick to come up with a solution and never seemed stressed. - Roger

I kept anticipating some kind of flub or problem to occur with this whole process. However, Jamar and Cameron were completely above and beyond my expectations. They were on time, friendly, understanding and accommodating. I had a sleeper sofa sent to my mom’s house almost 2 hours away. I did prepare for them as much as I could (as u should too!!) by putting the cushions in bags, removing the feet and strapping the sleeper down. They were kind enough to help my mom by removing the straps and putting on the feet! I made sure to tip them for their hard work. Thanks again guys!!! - Nicole
