Christian and Charles were very, very fast, friendly and efficient. I had a very heavy dresser to move and they handled it with no problem! I appreciate how fast the response was to my request. I hope to be able to work with them again in the future. - D
Chrisitan and Rico in Las Vegas went above and beyond to help me in a crisis. - Faith
Steve and Dominic had excellent customer service! My parents and I were very tired from moving earlier in the day, and there were a few things that made moving this couch particularly difficult, and they handled it excellently. Having them there and the careful moving of my furniture from apartment to apartment was such a relief. I don’t know how much they make but they probably deserve a raise. Very friendly, and did a great job moving some very difficult stuff, with good spirits. - Anna
We used Lugg in Las Vegas to move a couch, king sized adjustable bed and base and a triple dresser. The whole process was so easy in the app! Our Luggers were great; friendly and very careful with our items. Communication was very good as well and they arrived right on time. All for a very reasonable price. Would definitely use again! - Maria

I was giving feedback about what is needed for a company to stand out in today’s world and it flipped to another screen. I am too tired and hot to start over. They are the kind of people that makes a company remarkable. - Linda

Both deon and Reginald were Super helpful, thorough, and careful! They had no problem lifting and moving my heavy items to the locations I requested. These guys went right to work and were very professional. They could probably both play professional football in the NFL too!! lol Thanks Fellas!! - Anthony
This is the best app! I had to move a large sectional and had no idea how to do it myself, I did not want to rent a van from Home Depot and had no one to help me. This app is so easy, you just logon, pick your vehicle, pick the number movers, put in your destination, they give you an estimate and away you go. Within 24 hours I had my sectional in my home. Really extraordinary - Tracy
Bryce and Matthias did an awesome job for me today. Both were very friendly and considerate of my property. I tipped them in cash for going above and beyond for me. - Tony
I tipped them I cash on delivery. Your cite is very hard to navigate. I gave up and asked a neighbor. But you sent an email so I tried again. I'm glad I did. - Cynthia Dianne
The item I ordered was not in stock. Brandon and Lee waiting an extra 15 minutes at the warehouse while I sorted out the issue. Super happy they were able to do that. - Edward
