They loaded up a heavy 56" toolbox from Harbor Freight without any issues, then handled moving furniture between houses efficiently and carefully. Quick, proper work from start to finish. Great experience. I requested two string luggs and a pickup, but it was pouring rain. Lugg surprised me with a free upgrade to a big sprinter van. The luggers were friendly, professional, and resourceful as they navigated the heavy sofa through the narrow door and hallway of a multi cornered 106 year old apartment - George
