They came out quickly and did the job well. The only thing with this company was the pricing was confusing. I thought it was going to be about $70 and it turned out to be $144. The entire pricing needs to be advised in advance. - Giocasta

This was my first LUGG experience, and Aleksey was fantastic! Friendly, communicative, clean vehicle and my items were handled with care. I put in my request around 3PM for same day delivery from a furniture store an hour away. Thanks to Aleksey I’m sitting on my new furniture at 5:30PM! 5 star service for sure 👍🏼 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ - Bett

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service! Highly Recommend! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Lugg! The two gentlemen who helped transport my double wall oven were absolutely AMAZING! From beginning to end, they handled everything with exceptional care and professionalism. This was a large, heavy appliance, and they took their time to make sure it was handled safely and carefully throughout the entire process. Not once did I feel like they were rushing or being careless. They were efficient, respectful, hardworking, and incredibly attentive to detail. It’s refreshing to come across people who genuinely take pride in doing their job well! I’m beyond grateful for their help and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. These gentlemen deserve recognition for their outstanding service! I would absolutely use Lugg again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, professional moving assistance.
