My experience was Five star. I needed to provide the proof of purchase for my felivery, I did not include when I scheduled delivery, it was my first time using the service, they were very patient and very polite and professional during delivery - Denise
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service! Highly Recommend! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Lugg! The two gentlemen who helped transport my double wall oven were absolutely AMAZING! From beginning to end, they handled everything with exceptional care and professionalism. This was a large, heavy appliance, and they took their time to make sure it was handled safely and carefully throughout the entire process. Not once did I feel like they were rushing or being careless. They were efficient, respectful, hardworking, and incredibly attentive to detail. It’s refreshing to come across people who genuinely take pride in doing their job well! I’m beyond grateful for their help and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
