This is a great service that solves the biggest problem with apartments in NYC...the logistics of getting large / heavy items from where you buy it up the stairs in walkup buildings. Very efficient website...like Uber Eats if what you were eating was a sofa:) Customer service via in app / web chat responds instantly and are super helpful. Denmark and Vincent (Super Human Luggers) had great communication, were very professional, fast and efficient. Lugg also provides proper COI required by coops/ Condos in seconds. Great service solving a huge NYC problem. Will be using them again. - Ben
