There are not enough words to describe how excellent, experience, friendly and hard working like Willie and Shongo. The charging price is reasonable. Especial thanks to Lugg for having such a convenient small business where a person just need help in moving one item furniture. I will definitely use Lugg in the future and recommend to all my friends. - Nhung
Steven was great to work with. He’s reliable, punctual, and went above and beyond. I would definitely request his help again. - Ursula
When most movers probably would have thrown in the towel, these guys persevered and got the job done! Their task was to pick up a very bulky couch from my parents’ house and deliver it to my son’s apartment. And when I say the passageway into his apartment was narrow… I mean NARROW! 😂 They never gave up. They carefully disassembled the couch, somehow maneuvered it through the tight space, and then reassembled it once they got it inside. They had excellent communication throughout the entire process and kept us informed every step of the way. They were hardworking, determined, careful, and incredibly professional. It was clear that they genuinely wanted to do the job right. 5-star service all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for movers. They earned every one of those stars! - Zaina

They were so exceptionally great at doing a very tricky job with ease and experience. I will use your services often, as long as I can get Angel and Julian to come back out to help... they are the very best! They are very friendly and personable gentlemen and were so incredibly kind to me! I am handicapped due to having M.S. and am in constant pain & suffer from painful joint dysplasia. The guys noticed that I was in pain and were so kind to be, making sure to check in to see if I was alright! I feel so lucky to have them available today and can not express how much I appreciate their help, time, expertise and hard work and am blown away by their intense work ethic and professionalism! They go far above and beyond and are absolutely terrific! I can wait to refer them and your services to several of people in the near future! I own several apartment buildings and am often asked for referrals for great movers. I am glad to have great trust in you, now that I am aware of the type of people that you hire and am more than happy to refer your services to my Tenants and other customers that trust me for referrals to the best in goods and services! I can't say enough about Angel and Julian, they were absolutely the very best! Thank you kindly, Leanore R. Goetz - Leanore

All went mostly well, friendly guys. Training on moves would be beneficial to improve prep and moving heavy items. - Hasnain
Literally wish I would have went with Jason first, I set up what I thought would be a simple move and found a “moving company” outside of the Lugg app immediately once the 2 guys came in I realized they were trying to intentionally move slower in order to increase the rate. I had just learned about Lugg from Mattress Firm sales guy, so decided to take a shot and get my on 3rd person to help. Jason arrived in 20 minutes and without even being asked jumped right in and started helping, he immediately BY HIMSELF started to outpace and outwork the other 2 guys and once they realized they couldn’t intentionally slow things down because Jason was helping at the actual expected pace they picked things up. Thankfully because of Jason I was able to get the move fully completed in the original 4 hours versus the 6.5 they were trying to quote me! Would definitely recommend Jason to anyone! Hard worker and actual integrity. - Casual
Anton was great, very experienced, very friendly and was extremely helpful with the move. We had 3 floors at the pickup and 4 floors at the drop off and he was a machine bringing stuff up and down. - Andrew
Steven was fantastic. He was proactive with communication and very careful with my items. He even called a second time to let me know it was raining and offered to use a tarp to protect the boxes. I will definitely request his services again. - Julianna
I was a little skeptical at first, I'll admit-- the whole "Uber of moving" thing sounded gimmicky and had me worried about insurance and protection if anything were to go wrong. But I looked into it and saw that they do offer payments for any damages, and the quote was about half of the other place I'd checked out. I needed them to move a 400 pound arcade cabinet, a 220-ish pound old school CRT TV, a tall glass display case (all heavy, fragile, expensive collector items) and the rest of my furniture in addition to these atypical, oversized items, up a small flight of steps. I had to order an extra crew of 2 more Luggers to help with the oversize items, but they only had to be on the clock for that short time. All the guys were super friendly, chill, and very professional. They moved everything efficiently, safely, and the whole process really put me at ease. Left a good tip and you should too! - Jordan
