They were an absolute pleasure and can officially say they moved the heaviest piece of furniture they’ve ever had to move. We own a 250lb standup piano and together we were able to get it down two flights of stairs. They were fast and efficient with the rest of the move as well. Thank you both for your time and effort. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Troubleshoot how to get piano down the stairs. Arrived early. My only complaint has NOTHING to do with my team. I clearly indicated in my request that I was going to move an upright piano downstairs. I wish someone would have reviewed my request so we didn’t have to waste time for a second team to arrive. However, while we were waiting, my team formulated a plan for the best way to move the piano.

Great movers, but I did have an issue with the app***. I wasn’t given an eta or the contact info of the movers until well after the end of my anticipated pickup window hour. Because I had no way to check when my movers were coming (if at all), I almost had to cancel. Leaving this as feedback for the app rather than the movers as this does not appear to be their fault, and they were responsive when I called to coordinate pick up parking spot, and overall they were efficient and friendly.
Mario and Riley were awesome movers! Their humor and kindness made the move less stressful and a happier experience.
