Alex did a wonderful job on respectful communication and customer service, reading my instructions in advance of arrival, preparing by bringing blankets and a tarp, and lifting everything carefully into the truck, and unloading it here at Costco. Austin, on the other hand, failed all of this, then wrongly attempted to blame me for his failure to read and communicate. - Sarah
We’re moving out of state and Javier and Roosevelt did a great job helping us move furniture into our moving truck. They were very hard working, thorough, professional, and careful with every piece of furniture and box they Lugged for us! We were very pleased with their work and the amount they got done in the amount of time they were here! - Jaclyn
My driveway had a truck in it taking away my other couch when they arrived and they were very patient waiting! They worked together well and were very friendly. I am glad to know that Lugg exists for the future! - Marissa
Alex and Angelo were amazing in moving my giant couch. I cannot believe they were able to make it fit in the truck. They were so helpful and friendly. - Katherine
Very friendly and helpful... Great can-do attitude and spirit! Completed the tasks quickly and navigated carefully to protect fragile artwork and clock! Suggest lugg provide mattress straps in trucks to make their job easier... - William
Really nice and careful with all of my stuff! They made sure it was loaded nicely and secured in their truck before leaving. - Micaela
The driveway is covered with ice, and Lugg mover, Andres, carried my sofa without a misstep or a helper. I used the app to order a pickup truck with one mover, and it worked great. Lugg is similar to an Uber for Ikea furniture. - Sun
Great attitudes, super friendly. Dallas was the fastest mover I’ve ever seen. Really helped us clear the truck fast. Thanks so much guys! - Matt
Promptness. Customer Service. Very professional in his interaction. Professionally appropriate attire. Neatness. Purchase handled with care. Delivery truck clean. - Valerie L
The Lugg app inserted an incorrect "south" in the pickup address. Jordan was very laid back about it and everything worked out fine. He was careful with my belongings and secured them carefully in his truck. He was friendly, interesting and polite. I provided Deirdre from Lugg with information about what may be a bug in Lugg software because it "uncorrected" an address that I explicitly corrected when submitting my request. Thanks! - Marla
Very nice, kept everything extremely organized, clean truck, prompt and patient. Very nice to deal with. Would request again. - Sara
Sam helped us twice without us knowing! At the pickup location we couldn't fit out object into our car, and Sam (though we didn't know it was him) helped us put it in and take it out. Then, once I ordered delivery, Sam coincidentally was our driver, and I messed up and only ordered one helper and not two. Sam worked extra hard to get the heavy object into his truck alone, and was gracious when he came over to drop it off. So kind! Thanks, Sam. - Aiden
These guys killed it across the board. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Chris is a great leader and had all the tools on his truck to make the move seamless. Huge thanks! - Kimberlee
I was extremely pleased to see how much care Keith took packing my large print into the back of his pickup truck. He's a true professional. he was in and out of here in no time. This is not my first rodeo using lug. I swear by you guys and I thank you! Thanks Keith! See you next time. - Kerri-Ann
Tyrone and Nathan were awesome. I tend to get very anxious with moving because I’ve had bad experiences in the past. Tyrone and Nathan were not only careful and thoughtful with how they packed the truck, but were patient with my concerns and never once made me feel like an annoyance. Thank you both very much! - Samantha
Ken and Anarad showed up on time and was very efficient with strapping down furniture onto truck bed. Highly recommend Lugg will use again! - Joe
Manuel & Chris were fantastic Luggers (movers)! They were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to optimizing space with my furniture and cardboard boxes in my U-Box storage/shipping containers. I highly recommend hiring them! - Laura
Timothy and Reginald were great. Early to arrive, worked together to get my large couch out the door and were able to take my coffee table as well. Efficient in and out at storage unit. All in all a great quick move. - Aubrey
I am above pleased with the exceptional help both Onon and Jesues provided. They tag teamed my project with efficiency, finesse, and skill and went above & beyond. My storage pod was so skillfully organized. I'm very happy with the work. I highly recommend them. This was my second experience with Onon and his pod organizing skills just leaves me speechless. Great job gentlemen! - Arvonne
They really got a load off my mind helping me transfer to the smaller storage unit. So glad I thought to use Lugg!! - Tia
Benjamin and Ricky were AWESOME!!! They saved our day! Total heroes. We were on the verge of being mandatory evacuation due to wildfires, on the very day we were moving out of state. So we had to move the last of our stuff into storage in an emergency in a hurray. Ben and Ricky braved driving up the mountain towards a raging wildfire to help us move our stuff super fast. They are the best. Highly recommend their services!!! - Jeffrey
Brian was very attentive and knew how to pack my storage unit securely. Alex helped move a lot of the big things. Both Brian and Alex were super friendly and made my move quick and smooth. - Marisa
Onon and Ben were top notch! They were on time, friendly, professional and efficient. They worked as a team and got my library and other things moved into storage in record time. They are the BEST! - Alex
The guys did everything I ask them to do. And they rearranged the stuff in my storage space to get me more space. They went beyond everything they were asked to do! Thank you Onon and Andy! - Bill

Moving out of a studio, clearing a storage unit, or taking a few pieces of furniture across town, and you need people and a truck at the same time? Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service where one Lugg covers both: movers with a truck who load, drive and unload your things, so there's no truck to rent, and no friends to round up. Movers are on the way within the hour, or you pick a one-hour window that suits you, up to 60 days out. You'll see an upfront estimate before you book, with no hourly minimums. Already have a truck? Lugg's labor-only movers handle just the loading and unloading.
Here's how to choose the right fit. When in doubt, size up.
Lugg movers bring dollies, furniture blankets, stretch wrap, lifting straps and tie-down straps. They carry everything out, up or down the stairs, wrap and strap it in the truck, and set it down in the rooms you choose at the other end.
A larger home sometimes takes two Luggs, and that's normal. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Anything heavier needs more Luggers on the job, so book a second Lugg for the same time window.
Have boxes packed and sealed before your movers arrive. One Lugg holds up to 5 stops, so a storage unit, an old apartment and a new one can all go on the same booking, and a move can run up to 150 miles. You can track your movers live from pickup to drop-off.
