The tracking of the delivery was very helpful. The patio chairs and table were relatively light.....but a bit bulky. Because we live in a Condo with crazy rules for deliveries and non resident entries, we met the delivery at the front door with luggage carts so they wouldn't be burdened with coming inside. They loaded the items onto the carts and we brought them inside and up the elevator. It worked out fine. - Paul
The movers were fine, but the fact that nothing was wrapped the furniture, especially being white. I would’ve expected it to be wrapped in plastic for the move inside the van. The patio was also white was completely loose inside the van. The parts were separated from each other nothing was wrapped up. These gentlemen were absolutely exceptional!!! From beginning to end they kept me posted with their location until they arrived. They loaded and unloaded my bed carefully and quickly. Once they placed everything inside my home they asked where I would like my bed to be assembled. I was shocked as I thought it would only be delivered, so I was very pleased to find out they were also going to assemble it. During assembly we hit a road block because we noticed some pieces were missing to properly assemble the bed. They quickly came up with a resolution and was able to drill the bed together where the pieces were missing to ensure it was nice and sturdy. They were both very kind and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for movers. Unfortunately it rained yesterday and the boxes came in very wet. The 2 guys were very helpful and unpacked the boxes and took with them the wet cardboard and left the pieces clean and dried them up. Hopefully everything will work out good when we assemble the beds. - ALBERTO
When I placed my order it asked if I would like delivery or delivery and assembly i chose to have the bed assembled as well but the guys came they said another company would put the items together for me. I could have paid for 1 lugger and saved $50 since there was nothing that they carried that needed more than one person they literally took less than 2 minutes to drop the pieces on my floor and now I have to put the bed together myself. This was not a good experience but I dont believe it was their fault which is why i gave them 5 stars. - William
They weren’t aware of the assembly. They said it will probably be another task rabbit worker. I thought I ordered delivery and assembly at the same time.
