My senior mother who lives alone was so impressed with Jerome’s professionalism. However, just as important was his considerate, honest and respect for our purchases. Because of the size of our shelves we had to order 2 drivers and book 2 deliveries. Jerome took it upon himself when he arrived at Ikea to pick up our purchase, to choose the 2 largest, most awkward book cases of the 4 that were to be delivered. Leaving the 2 smaller, more convenient book cases for the next LUGG driver arriving shortly behind him. Wow! What a class act! It’s so nice to find someone who makes a process go smoothly. My elderly parent bought a sofa from living space and went the two young man picked up the item, Living space failed to include the ottoman base which was the L shape sofa. Immediately they called the store and even it was totally store fault they went back and brought the piece in.
