The whole process was great. The drivers were prompt and courteous. They beat me home from the store and were waiting at the door ready to bring it in.
Javier and Daniel were amazing. The app provided me with updated delivery times. When Javier and Daniel arrived they texted me and delivered with care. They used shoe covering to enter my home which I appreciated. They unwrapped the dresser and placed it perfectly. I am grateful for the service. I look forward to using Lugg again for future deliveries.
Isidro and Cristian are the definition of “expert movers”! They were extremely professional and quick! They coordinated perfectly, and tactfully called out obstacles for each the other, syncing each movements precisely. I’m not sure if anyone has described movers this way but it was almost like an art! You can tell Isidro and Cristian are respectful of your items, your home, and of each other. If I could request these two gentlemen for another move in the future I absolutely would!
Farhad and Brandon moved a beast of a refrigerator out of my son’s home and into a storage unit. It was a challenge but together, along with my son, they got the fridge out with great care. I appreciate you guys, Thank you!
