The app was intuitive and easy to use, pricing was transparent, and I was able to schedule exactly the help I needed without the hassle of renting a truck or coordinating movers. Communication through the app was clear, and I appreciated knowing when my driver was on the way. My driver arrived on time, communicated professionally throughout the move, and handled every item with exceptional care. What impressed me most was the attention he gave to my mother’s belongings, especially the fragile statues she made by hand. He carefully separated and protected those boxes, stacked everything perfectly, and even carried the delicate items from the front of his vehicle himself to ensure they were handled safely. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about other people’s belongings, not just moving boxes from one place to another. That level of professionalism is rare. Lugg filled a need that traditional moving companies often don’t—providing reliable, on-demand help for smaller moves without sacrificing quality or care. The movers helped grab a lift recliner for my mom and they were so good I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs to move anything in sacramento. All I needed was one refrigerator moved from a storage unit to my home, and every moving company in Sacramento has a minimum price, and does not adjust accordingly. If you just one or two heavy items moved, go with LUGG. Short distance, 1 fridge. $110 for two men and a Sprinter van. - James
