What impressed me most was the attention he gave to my mother’s belongings, especially the fragile statues she made by hand. He carefully separated and protected those boxes, stacked everything perfectly, and even carried the delicate items from the front of his vehicle himself to ensure they were handled safely. They were receptive to my directions about parking because my old place has street parking only and my new place has a gated parking area. My new place has both the challenge of stairs and extremely tight corners to turn; they were effective and efficient, removing the one bit of my bed frame that didn’t fit through the door and reattaching it promptly after. They were respectful of the space, setting things down gently and in a way that didn’t block a major walking path. Moving is always stressful, but this duo removed any stress of the physicality. I have used Lugg several times. They have been exceptional with each task. They helped me move an old WD set out of my house for a FB street pickup, and they picked up a piece of furniture I bought on FB from the seller's house, and they helped me load up items into a UHaul from my mother's estate. With every engagement, they arrived on time (I love their tracking feature!), they were incredibly careful and strong and wrapped items with care, didn't mind when I asked them to move things around during placement, and yet they didn't waste a second.
