Careful, efficient, and professional! They carefully fit the loveseat through a tight-fit doorway to not dent or scratch anything. When my WiFi didn't work to book a second Lugg pickup to take the old loveseat to another location for donation Joshua arranged a second Lugg pickup so I didn't have to wait for a different crew. They were also very personable and polite. Based on this excellent experience with them I would not hesitate to use Lugg.Com again and will recommend them to my friends and family. The customer service displayed by these two guys is definitely an asset to your company.

They provided helpful information about what Goodwill would take. They helped problem solve when some furniture couldn’t be donated. They were incredibly efficient. Their help was invaluable. Claudio and Brian were on time, friendly, and professional! They contacted me when they arrived at pick up and were on time for dropoff. They were gentle with the fragile yet very heavy boxes, and we so appreciate them!
Arrived at pick up location a little early. When we arrived at the drop off location, the room still had furniture in it. Claudio & Malic assisted in moving the old things out, as well as setting up all the moved items.
They did a great job by showing up early to the pick up site. They ended up removing and reinstalling our basement door to make the washer and dryer fit. They went above and beyond and were very patient and kind!
Notified me of poor handling by furniture store at pick up site. Great communication and careful handling.
Got a delivery from IKEA, and the store was not clear with the Luggers that there were other items at the IKEA warehouse. Gabriel and Cobey were gracious and understanding, and went back to pick up the other items quickly and without complaint. Great service.
I never received a text or phone call when the lugg movers were headed to the pick up location so they had to wait for 30 min till I arrived. I’m hoping I won’t be charged for that time they waiting since I never received the alert on when they would arrive
