Great movers, but I did have an issue with the app***. I wasn’t given an eta or the contact info of the movers until well after the end of my anticipated pickup window hour. Because I had no way to check when my movers were coming (if at all), I almost had to cancel. Leaving this as feedback for the app rather than the movers as this does not appear to be their fault, and they were responsive when I called to coordinate pick up parking spot, and overall they were efficient and friendly. - Fernando

Great work from the individuals who delivered the bed and set up. Complete joke on Lugg for missing delivery time twice in 2 days time and rerouting my own scheduled pick up hours later after notifications that it’s on way! - Brad
I was very happy with their service. It started raining hard (flash flood watch) just as they came to pick up the furniture. They were totally unfazed despite the inconvenience. They were very friendly. Our item was heavier than I realized, when they arrived they asked us to request extra guys, which would have involved waiting for more guys to drive from Denver.
