Fombeoh and Atiqullah were great! They were friendly and efficient! We had a large donation going to goodwill and they finished the pick up quickly and efficiently! We would use Lugg again!
They were incredibly fast. They were easy to work with. When salvation Army declined some of the donations, they took them to Goodwill industries, which did. I can’t trave enough about them. They were princes.
Eugene & William were extremely nice, careful with the furniture, swift, and very patient when there was a hangup at the donation drop-off location! Very grateful that they were assigned to my task.

This is my second time being assigned Michael & Jerome for a furniture pickup/drop off, and I cannot recommend them enough. They were communicative the whole way through, especially because I wasn’t at the pickup location. They worked a miracle to get an oversized dresser out a second story window and delivered it upstairs through crazy narrow angles without leaving a single mark on the walls or antique banister. Cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, skillset, and personable nature.

The movers were great. They were efficient. The Lugg experience was problematic. The scheduling went awry and even the pickup location, which Lugg put in the wrong place even though it had the correct name of the business and the address. When that all got straightened out, the people involved handled everything professionally.

The table was securely placed in their truck, and they were very careful when bringing it into our home. It was my first time using Lugg so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a great experience and made the furniture delivery process so much easier!
Highly recommend hiring these two if you need something moved right. Took lots of care at pickup and dropoff, wrapped and secured everything tightly, and had all the blankets and dollies and other supplies needed with them. Also really friendly and great communication.

I had ordered a pickup because my building has a garage with a low clearance, but they were sent with a van instead (not their fault). They had to walk down the ramp and all the way through the garage. They did it all quickly and efficiently.
