I appreciated that they tried to respect what I had requested; like trying to keep certain boxes together & also like respecting not to walk on my tarps that I had laid out. However, I do wish that they would've folded up the tarp that was left in my transferred smaller storage space, or at least tell me that the tarp was still there, & so then decide what should be done with this "left behind tarp" Otherwise, I'm please with these two Luggers. 🙂 Thank you

We had a big chair to get in a tight space and these gentlemen were patient and creative and ultimately we were able to get the job done. Thankful for them and their help, and also for not having to take the door off the hinges to get the chair in.🙌🏽
I really can't say enough about Oscar and Jorge. They were super communicative, professional and and patient. The pick up location was not helpful and they really helped navigate an otherwise tough situation for pick up. I was referred to Lugg from a former colleague and it was truly such an amazing first time experience. Lugg was also transparent and fair in their pricing. So thank you all around. I'll definitely be using again and referring as much as possible.

Andrew & Juan were awesome- totally. Capable of moving heavy items up a bunch of stairs, and solving the puzzle of navigating a sofa in narrow, twisty spaces. They were patient and helpful. Thx guys!!

They came in a timely manner. They moved the items exactly where I needed them In my space. They forgot to give me one drawer and immediately came back to give to me. Would definitely use them again!
These two guys were amazing moving my two dressers for us. They were knowledgeable about the furniture’s weak points and were patient to hear my concerns. They managed to maneuver a stone-top dresser (at least 400lbs) down two flights of narrow stairs, with a huge window blocking their leverage. They asked us if we wanted to add more items than planned - just because they had space. If I could choose to have help again I would choose them again!
Joseu and Marco were phenomenal. They took every precaution to ensure the furniture piece was delivered professionally (took a walkthrough of the space they needed to navigate first, wrapped the piece in plastic and brought a mat along to balance the piece during tricky portions). They had great communication between each other during the move, lifting AND pausing/stopping when needed. Very polite and punctual, made the experience easy and enjoyable, would definitely hire again!
Stephen and Joseph were wonderful. They moved a very large glass table top and a heavy cabinet across town with expertise. They were efficient and clearly had a ton of experience managing extra heavy awkward pieces. They had no problem at all with obstacles like narrow spaces elevators 2 curious cats and an overly friendly dog. We are very grateful for Lugg. This is our 4th Lugg job— with 4 different pairs of strong smart luggers. Can’t say enough good things about this app!

There was some weirdness with the address. What showed up in the system wasn't my address, he was able to figure it out quickly. He took amazing care of the chair that I needed moved out of my space. I wouldn't hesitate using Omar again. Really nice guy, represent your company very well!
They were right on time. The piece was heavy and they were great. It wasn't easy to maneuver it and they put it upstairs in my space and it was perfect. I highly recommend them.

They were able to successfully move an extremely heavy table through a tight space, which took creative thinking and teamwork. The guys arrived in less than and hour, and were friendly and customer service focused. This was a great first experience with Lugg.

The team was great! Although your company does not impress me at all with my very first experience! I scheduled a pick up at 9 AM this morning. The team was two hours late because they were dispatched from Ontario. When they should have dispatched a team from LA area! And then they were given the wrong address to deliver to by LUgg NOT ME! so they were even more late on the Delivery side. They were late for delivery. They should’ve been delivering at 10:30/11 o’clock at the latest they got there closer to 1 PM! Then LUGG had the audacity to charge me an extra almost $400 because of how late the pick up was and the delivery was! I am refusing to pay that I will pay the agreed amount which was around $413! I will not pay a penny over that! If you want to discuss further, give me a call you have my information!

Their professionalism was truly impressive!, from the care they showed in handling the furniture to the efficiency of their setup. What surprised me most was the vehicle they arrived in-it’s as spacious and well-equipped as a box truck, yet sleek and clean, making the entire delivery feel seamless. They made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless. Absolute pros. Highly recommended! Thank you guys again! ✨🙏🏻
These guys went absolutely above and beyond! Both load in and load out were in tight spaces and the dimensions of the couch they were moving were very hard to work with! They were beyond efficient, graceful, and positive the entire time! Would 10000% book again!
