Euc and Durell were positively amazing. I would recommend them to everyone! As soon as they arrived they were really friendly with a "what do you need" and "can do" attitude. Went above the expectations and were more than willing to help us with necessary dismantle and reassemble our fridge to get it in the house and where it needed to be. Ill definitely be coming back to them next time I need to. Thank you gentlemen!

The movers or Luggers were great! Lugg’s logistics, not so much. Apparently, Lugg didn’t contact the moving team until hours after I scheduled to have the item picked up from my sellers storage unit. The sellers were waiting for over 4 hours because Lugg failed with the logistics and communication. Again, great movers!!! They handled the item with care and helped assemble and position the deck furniture on our backyard patio. They should leave Lugg and start their own business.
Outstanding. I couldn't have envisioned my move going so smoothly, rapidly and professionally. My movers were friendly, communicative, pleasant, efficient, fast, yet careful and organized. Who knew an app could result in such a satisfying experience...with moving? I'm telling everyone I know about LUGG!
Freddy and Jose were wonderful movers and I would work with them any time I need moving assistance. They were on time and worked very carefully but quickly to move my furniture. They were also very friendly and made sure I was happy with the furniture placement. They are a great team!!
These two movers were AMAZING!!!!! They were incredibly efficient and kind. They did all our unloading up three flights of stairs with NO elevator. We can’t thank them enough for making the last part of our cross country move so easy. We would use Lugg again just for these two!

Great guys! They are very professional and fast. Showed on time and used soft pads and blankets to bring the bed and the base inside and not scratch our new flooring. They are very polite. The mattress and the base were very heavy yet they managed to bring them inside and unpack carefully. Really admired their job and applaud them for their hard work!
I did give $10 to the gentlemen for a tip yesterday. I will rate the experience high, but some feedback would be to use blankets as the leather couch was just put in the back of the truck and a strap was put across the side arm to hold it into the truck without any protection. It didn’t hurt it, but it could’ve caused some damage and I just would’ve preferred to see at least a blanket over it. 
Happy with my drivers, however, they did take much longer than necessary. What should have taken 20 min to load, took them over an hour. I’m unhappy that the amount charged was significantly more than the original quote, even though Lugg was provided with photos and clear details of what was to be loaded, as well as the address for delivery.
Josh & Bobby were pure class acts, professional, timely, friendly. Great tie down on the item moved, totally secure, didn't worry about a thing. They were respectful of my property, my business associate, and my family. Would love to get them again if I use Lugg in the future.

It was not one that was a drive up, so that required extremely long hallways moving multiple crates, etc. Wow, Euclides and Eric simply looked it over, started loading the only small carts available, and it was done in minutes. Couldn't believe it. They worked hard and fast and safely delivered my belongings to the new storage facility in no time. I was so very impressed with them that I will always call Lugg when I need any of the services they provide.
