Went above the expectations and were more than willing to help us with necessary dismantle and reassemble our fridge to get it in the house and where it needed to be. Happy with my drivers, however, they did take much longer than necessary. What should have taken 20 min to load, took them over an hour. I’m unhappy that the amount charged was significantly more than the original quote, even though Lugg was provided with photos and clear details of what was to be loaded, as well as the address for delivery.

Very heavy piece. Did all I could booking online to inform. They swiftly removed drawers and managed delivery quickly. I might recommend a weight belt! Unfortunately, more helping bodies wouldn't have fit on the staircase!
