I had a great experience with Lugg! The two movers arrived on time, were very professional, and handled my dining table with great care. Everything was done quickly, smoothly, and without any hassle. I honestly wish every delivery service was this efficient. I’ll definitely use Lugg again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable help. Thank you, Lugg! - Gaethane
Euclides and Damari were so friendly and diligent. They picked up a dining table and chairs I purchased and made sure to make sure the table was put together perfectly. - Michelle
Argeny and Leander did a great job dealing with a challenging parking situation and bringing my dresser my three flights of stairs. I am grateful for their professionalism and help! - Angela
Cliff and Julie were fantastic. They did an excellent job moving my newly purchased dresser chest into my space flawlessly. I tipped them both in cash. Thank you guys! - Jamie
Thank you so much!! Super fast and efficient with a dresser we could not have moved ourselves :) Highly recommend!!! - Shradha
This is my 2nd time having Calvin and Muhammad. They're absolutely wonderful. I bought a dresser off FB marketplace, and I met them at the pickup since I had to pay the seller. They were all packed up and leaving before the Uber I booked was even finished assigning a driver. I arrived home about 4-5 minutes after they arrived, and they were already finished! If you're worried about the additional per minute cost, with Calvin and Muhammad, you don't have to. I don't know if their alter egos are something similar to The Flash, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case. One minute, everything is normal, next minute, there's a dresser in the living room. THANKS GUYS! - Melissa
Glen and Lamin were excellent transporters of my dresser! They were very friendly and very knowledgeable about their job. This piece of furniture was very heavy but they made it look easy! They are assets to your company! Thank you very much Glen and Lamin for a job well done! I greatly appreciate it. - Mary
So helpful!!! Took them all of 5 min to carry a dresser up all my apartment stairs. Polite & professional! Absolutely saved the day!!! Will definitely use again in the future. :D - Ashley
These guys are always the BEST! So punctual and they carefully wrapped the dresser for transport. The woman I bought the dresser from asked me for the name of the moving company I used bc she was so impressed, so these guys are bringing in new business! - Carolyn
Dennis and Chaz were great. Friendly, fast, and stayed to make sure that a dresser they were delivering was even before they left. - Jean
They were so nice and professional in moving a dresser up to our top floor apartment. Would happily recommend!! - Kristina
polite and professional. got a heavy awkward dresser down a skinny stairway. helped on the other end as well. couldn’t have done it without them. we’d use these guys again in heartbeat! - Alexandra
It was a very challenging treadmill move and Raymond and Ken were so nice and helpful! We are so happy we hired Lugg and had such great support! - Kara
A price estimate ahead of time would be very helpful. Plus, refrigerators are supposed to be moved upright, not laying down. That’s the whole reason I highered Lugg. The guys were kind and showed up - I appreciate that. - Michelle
Calvin and Bendji were awesome and got a full-size refrigerator down a very tight staircase. They communicated with each other extremely well in order to do so. The job was done faster than we anticipated, and they fit more in the van than we anticipated as well, by loading it strategically. Thank you for sending such excellent people for a difficult job. We truly appreciate their work. - Matthew
They could not have been nicer guys. I was so impressed with their timeliness, their efficiency, and their care with the things that I was having transported. I gave them a tip and some ginger molasses cookies that I had in the fridge. I would use them again in a heartbeat. - Jennifer
They went the extra mile and brought the heavy fridge through the bulkhead door. Thank you very much Mark and Jason. - Adrian
The company was very good at communicating all steps during the pick up. I knew exactly when they would be arriving at pick up and drop off locations. My item was an 8 foot by 8 foot sectional and I selected the XL van and it was not an issue with space. The guys assembled it at my home, unfortunately one of the clips was not connected. So I will have to find someone else to do this for me. Otherwise they did a great job. I did tip them before they left - Joan
They were a great team to work with. Sofa required some assembly, which I was not aware of, and they figured it all out- much appreciated! - Emory
Helped take apart and reassemble a bed frame… they had a full toolkit on hand. Very mild h appreciated! - Helen
Edmund and Anthony were very prompt leaving to pick up the item before I had even left the store. Helpful in switching the chaisse end on the sectional and assembling the item. I would highly recommend this professional friendly duo. Great service today!!! - Vicky
Very friendly, extremely efficient. Did a great job moving up three flights of stairs and reassembling items. - Daniel
Sultan was terrific, the problem was ikea. They should have told us that the couch bought as -is and pre-assembled needed to be wrapped or secured or protected. We didn’t know that ikea would not help secure the furniture and protect/cover the furniture. They also said it’s a one Lugg load if I help them when receiving the delivery. Anyways Sultan did a great job was professional and courteous. - Rachel
They were great. We didn’t need help assembling but they helped by removing the giant boxes and bringing them downstairs for us. - Jessie

Costco may deliver items ordered through Costco.com. When you buy in the warehouse and want it home today, that's the gap Lugg fills. Book a Lugg in Springfield before you leave the checkout line, and Lugg movers pick up your purchase and carry it inside, often within the hour. You pay Costco's price for what you buy, and Lugg's upfront estimate covers the delivery. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has completed more than 2,500 Costco pickups in the past year, from more than 250 Costco warehouses.
Couches and sectionals are the most common Costco run, followed by TVs, mattresses, tables and bed frames. Costco is also where people buy the pieces that are hardest to get home: massage chairs, recliners, patio sets, refrigerators and chest freezers, plus boxed kits like sheds, gazebos, pergolas and saunas. If it fit on a flatbed cart, a Lugg can take it home.
Choose a vehicle at least as long as your longest piece. A pickup truck, booked as a Lite or a Pickup, covers most Costco runs, and its bed is at least 6 feet long and carries a tarp. A Van (at least 8 feet) or an XL (at least 10 feet) is enclosed, which keeps a mattress, a couch or a boxed TV dry on a rainy day. A Box truck, 12 to 16 feet, takes a sectional and the rest of the cart in one trip.
Lugg's weight limit is 125 lb per Lugger, or 250 lb per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Massage chairs, saunas and gun safes can weigh more than you'd guess, so check the weight on the box or the Costco product page before you book, and book a second Lugg for the same time window for anything heavier.
Lugg movers carry your Costco order to the room of your choice, whether that's a third-floor apartment, a bedroom upstairs or the backyard. Measure your doorways and stairwells first so a sectional doesn't stop at the front door. Once it's in place, Lugg movers can assemble it right there in the room, from a bed frame to a patio set. Installation stays with a pro, so hooking up a fridge's water line or mounting a TV on the wall isn't part of the job.
