I had an amazing experience with Lugg thanks to two incredible movers who went above and beyond. They moved a massive 200+ lb dresser upstairs (no easy task). They got creative and removed all the drawers to lighten the load and with some smart maneuvering (and a lot of muscle), they made it work.
