Super grateful for my two movers Hector and Rhidon this afternoon…they made a tedious move between two homes over an hour apart so much easier…They cheerfully loaded up everything I asked and treated it all with care and concern…not a scratch anywhere! I highly recommend them and would book their services again without hesitation.
These guys knocked it out of the park. Clearly professional movers. Would absolutely use them again! I've hired a number of movers over the years, these are the only guys I'd hire again!
The movers themselves were great! The arrival was much later than scheduled, but a team member already dealt with that issue and did so very well.
I had an amazing experience with Lugg thanks to two incredible movers who went above and beyond. They moved a massive 200+ lb dresser upstairs (no easy task). They got creative and removed all the drawers to lighten the load and with some smart maneuvering (and a lot of muscle), they made it work. Not only did they handle the heavy lifting like pros, but they were also incredibly kind and thoughtful. They even helped move my old dresser downstairs which I really appreciated!

They arrived on time, took extra care to shrink-wrap my white sectional couch, and efficiently navigated my large sectional through narrow doorways. Despite the intense heat, they worked swiftly and thoughtfully. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. Highly, highly recommend Lugg and specifically these two movers!
A few technical hiccups but once those were resolved the service was perfect. Movers were great and friendly. Alex at home office even called to check in about my experience and explain the issues. Very affordable for just moving a few things. Highly recommend.

Matthew and Chris were a great team! They moved all of my furniture up three flights of stairs and put it exactly where I needed it to be! Truly went above and beyond and will definitely recommend to anyone that needs moving and delivery service!

The team was great but I had a quote for 164.30 and the total is 261. It was not clear to me that the quote did not include labor!!! Very dissatisfied with the price. The delivery was great though just not the price jump!!! 😡

This needs 10 more stars! John and Yadier were and are the thing since slice bread! But better! Never has a delivery been so smooth and uneventful! These two men carried in a 53”x84” heavily framed mirror. They were happy, polite and proud of the work they were doing. I definitely will have them help me again and again!
They keep in touch with a message and fone calling as they were doing the pickup and delivery. That make it easier for me. Thank you very much.

Alisher and Carlos apparently had just run out of plastic wrap on their previous Lugg, so I just recommend to be over prepared in future. They did offer to pick more up on the way to delivery location to wrap in order to leave in my place, which is undergoing some dusty renovation work. I appreciated that but was worried I might be charged. They were friendly, efficient and took care with my sofa. Arrived in the estimated window and delivery went smoothly.
