Joel did a great job, considering the disadvantages he was under especially. I ordered a pickup with two guys, and got a van with one guy, and three hours later than promised! Why promise when you can't deliver? My ex-husband and I, both seniors, should not be asked to pitch in, but we had no choice. And now I still have one more piece of furniture to figure out how to transport! What do you suggest?
The couch we have is apparently very heavy. These guys have great teamwork and are learning quickly how to move things.
Our team was very conscientious and careful. They were also very patient when they arrived at our parents new place of residence and had to wait for the memory care staff to let them finish the move. We appreciated them very much, they made our move much easier!

Super job done by Nicolas and Brandon! They came about 40 minutes past 12 (expected them to come between 11-12), but they let me know they were running late and told me what time they’d come, which was fine to me. They were friendly, polite and professional. They were very careful with the dresser and knew how to get the drawers out to make it lighter to carry. They had special straps which made carrying the dresser easier. It fit in their truck and they followed me to our home and they drove carefully so as to not jostle the dresser. After carrying dresser into my home and putting drawers back tbey moved another dresser out of the bedroom. That was impromptu on my part. They did it cheerfully and I would absolute recommend them to anyone needing moving help!
Lencol & Devin were AMAZING movers!! Went above and beyond and treated my pickup with such incredible care!! They came prepared and got things done efficiently and quickly, and were unbelievably kind and helpful! Got everything wrapped up super safely, and even took the time to readjust this heavy cabinet when I realized it would fit better in another spot 🖤 can’t recommend these guys enough! THANK YOU!!!
Movers delivered a small sofa. Patiently waited for the Lugg App to upload the correct address information and got the sofa to its new home.
It was a difficult day with closure, for me with this move. I want thank them both for showing such gratitude towards this moment, helping me just getting it done quickly, hearing me and just asking what can we do to help. Thank you is not enough for Brandon and Claudio. Blessing too both.

They were ready to go when they got here. Loaded it up and moved it easily. They also called ahead to check on what they were moving and were funny and enjoyable to talk with. Definitely would recommend!
I was nervous about meeting these movers. I was out of my comfort zone. They both had big smiles when they drove up. I was immediately at ease.
Was pleased with the speed which the van arrived to transport a couch from Costco. Was given a detailed description of the rules about the weight of the object to be moved. I think your website app needs to be better at listing that there is a weight limit. I did not see anything that asked me to list the weight. Ultimately the guys decided they would go ahead and move the "over weight" couch. I also did not see on the app a way to book the removal of the old sofa when the new one was delivered. So another improvement to your website would be welcome. The guys did a good job getting the old sofa out and the new one in. It was a difficult process and I really appreciated their efforts. My husband also helped some to maneuver the bulky 270 lb couch into the house as well. They were very pleasant, especially Ronald.
Claudio and Ronald were great movers. As a woman by herself, I didn't feel at all uncomfortable. Both were quick, efficient, and gentle with my belongings. Both were professional and kind and I would definitely use this service again because of how easy they made this move. Happy holidays guys!

Five stars at least. When our movers canceled at the last minute, Leon and Nicholas came to the rescue. They arrived in less than 3 hours from scheduling and went right to work, dispatching the job with surprising speed. I would definitely use them again.
It took 30 minutes and they were very careful with all of the items. They offered to help move the desk to where it looked good and were very kind and thoughtful. It was a great experience! I already tipped them in cash. I will definitely use you all again! Thank you.
