Theses two guys were polite professional and got the job done (which was starting to look impossible.) I was really concerned when I got home and started thinking about if it would fit through the doors and up the stairs. They were as careful as could be but one corner of the couch got a little bit dirty BUT I don’t hold them responsible because I was expecting much worse and I was able to get it cleaned up. I tried making things as easy as possible for them by taking the doors off and I had to remove the light fixture at the top of the stairs in order for it to fit through the doorway to the apartment. I gave them both a cash tip and sent them on their merry way!
The delivery through Lugg was great from beginning to end. Ammar and Jared have great customer service skills and added extra attention to details making sure that the metal doors of our furniture piece wouldn’t scratch. Top notch service that was very much appreciated. I now feel more compelled to shop from HomeSense knowing that delivery can be a breeze. Highly recommend Lugg.

Harvey and Clifton were extremely professional and took great care of my items being moved and their surroundings in my home. They were both friendly and communicated with each other to make the move run as smoothly as possible. I have an old home with narrow doorways so moving my couch into the doorway was not an easy task. We needed a cabinet picked up from Homesense. They were on time, responsive to my message and moved it into the dining room for us. Very good experience and would use this service again.
Home Depot had an issue and wouldnt release my fridge, even though I bought it, and the guys waited for me to Uber up and waited for me to argue with them for almost an hour without complaining once. Went totally above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough!
This is my 2nd time having Calvin and Muhammad. They're absolutely wonderful. I bought a dresser off FB marketplace, and I met them at the pickup since I had to pay the seller. They were all packed up and leaving before the Uber I booked was even finished assigning a driver. I arrived home about 4-5 minutes after they arrived, and they were already finished! If you're worried about the additional per minute cost, with Calvin and Muhammad, you don't have to. I don't know if their alter egos are something similar to The Flash, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case. One minute, everything is normal, next minute, there's a dresser in the living room. THANKS GUYS!

They were polite and very respectful. Excellent job. I already tipped them. My issue though is with your logistics. I kept getting updated text which I appreciate. That’s a good thing to do. What’s not a good thing to do is to tell the client to expect them in 15 minutes and then tell them in the next text that there was a glitch and it would be an hour and a half later before the delivery would show up. There’s no way you can tell me that 15 minutes before, the initial pick up you didn’t have an idea that something was going wrong . I could’ve been doing a lot of other things during that time instead, I was Waiting in my new home where I could not be productive for a delivery that was coming in hour and a half later. Your logistics team needs to do a better job
The team of Edward and Edwin loaded up super quickly and efficiently and safely delivered both of our bulky items to their final locations, even taking care to move a breakable item in our home so it wasn’t in danger as the large item came through. 11/10
Denson and Edward were careful with moving our furniture into the house, with the help of my husband as it was over 200 lbs. Plus, there were a dozen steps to get to the house. First time using Luggs. You must download their app and entered a credit card on file before a move can be scheduled regardless what Homesense told you. I wasn't a fan of installing apps and was concern at first that there isn't a phone number and they use AI as an agent. But it was pretty straight forward and they texted me every step of way on the day of delivery and arrived right on time and in perfect condition. Price is fair. Highly recommend.
I honestly wasn't expecting the level of service I received from Glen and Cleevens. They were well prepared with moving materials and able to expertly move the sofa from one tight spot to another without damaging the furniture piece or the homes. They were also incredibly friendly and upbeat, especially in light of the fact that it was a very difficult sofa to move.
Clean, quick, on time, very respectful of my home. They were easier than I had expected and I would recommend them to anyone looking for ease of use. They were great, Period! Thanks guys.
