The movers were great but the total price was a LOT more than I expected. The pricing was not transparent at all. I had no idea that it was a base fee plus a fee by the minute. I thought the base fee was it and the fee by the minute was only if they had to wait extra time. I’m not sure if I’ll use Lugg again given than there are much cheaper alternatives. - Roshani

John and Robert were wonderfully efficient! They moved all of my main furniture all the way across SF, and the total process took less than an hour. They also helped with the setup of my new room--I had bought a new loft bed for the smaller space; and they situated the mattress on top for me. (I have no upper body strength so all of this would have been impossible otherwise). Also, Lugg was cheaper than all the other companies because there's no 3 hr minimum. I wish there was a way to request specific lugg'ers because ENRIQUE & MULU were beyond amazing! They were respectful of the fragile house, fast, efficient and went the extra mile.
