My place has a flight of 30 stairs and no elevator. Many a movers has struggled to get heavy stuff up these stairs like a piano. But the two made it look easy!!! They had great teamwork and communication.
They moved an electric piano for my in laws. I was told they were very easy to work with and efficient. They would highly recommend them to anyone.
Perfectly on time, they communicated a lot with each other when delicately trying to move my piano from one room to another.
Aaron and Fernando were amazing in their delivery of a very heavy old piano. Had to go 10 steps downstairs and around tight corners. Would 100% use again!

Asked to move a piano. They did it. Added a hot tub. They asked for a couple more luggers for the job then cheerfully walked heavy boxes and furniture up stairs while waiting for reinforcements. Brought the hot tub upstairs for the win.

Even though I told Lugg I wanted to move a piano, and they only sent 2 people, Nasario and Jose were willing to make sure the piano was successfully moved.
Julian & Dominique called to inform of their arrival. They assessed the situation of how to move the piano and couch. They were honest on how the process works with the cost of the waste site. They handles everything professional, they avoided hitting the walls or damaging anything during the move. They packed their truck secure and safely. I cannot emphasize enough of how professional they were. This is the first time I’ve ever used Lugg and I am impressed with how they worked. They went above and beyond by answering my questions even if they didn’t know they followed up with answering questions I had when they arrived at the waste site. Thank you !

These two superheroes and their strength lifted and carried a piano down the stairs. They wrapped it in shrink wrap and blankets and then secured it with straps onto their truck. Did I mention it was a freakin piano!?! They then drive 2 hours and delivered it to my home. I live in a building with no elevator and on the 3rd floor. The only way to get to my unit is - you guessed it, up 3 flights of stairs that turn and twist. Can you even fathom that amount of strength and skill? I cannot. They did not even bang or scratch any walls! They were soft spoken and very friendly. Off they went to their other job site after gulping down huge glassful of water that I gave to them. Tipped them in cash. The best, hands down!
Wow. I don't even know where to begin. Jose and Rakeem were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made the entire process easy during what has been otherwise a very overwhelming move. We had two other Luggers come to pickup a piano, and Jose and Rakeem even helped them as well. They stayed with me at the storage unit, worked swiftly yet made sure all of my furniture was thoroughly protected, and had such a positive attitude during the entire process. Not to mention it was raining and storming outside - but they made sure all my furniture was protected against all of that! Thank you so much, I can't wait to use Lugg again when I move to my next place!
