Wonderful experience. They were kind, careful, hardworking, and moved all of our items without any scratches or issues at all. We were SO glad we used Lugg for our move and for taking our large items to goodwill too. Amazing!
Goodwill didn't initially want to take all of our items, but your team convinced them to take them, saving us the challenge of another solution. Really appreciate it!
Hector and Jose were fantastic! I was having everything taken to Goodwill and when they got there the power was out and the store closed. They worked with me to find the next best alternative for me to donate out things. They were excellent movers, communicators and problem solvers! They made a tough day much easier.
They pointed out that Goodwill might not take some of my items (which turned out to be true), so they saved on some time with that. And they got everything out pretty quickly, too!
They were extremely fast at loading and unloading all of my furniture. They were kind and they helped handle things goodwill wouldn’t accept. Jose and Odvin were fantastic all around!
The guys were great! I appreciate their flexibility as Goodwill ended up closing early so they had to go to a different location.
These guys are my heroes and saved my day! They went above and beyond by shifting direction after recognizing my items wouldn’t be accepted at Goodwill. They took my things all the way to the dump in SF and helped me out immensely!! A+++++ Also: one of my neighbors saw that we were going to leave a couple items at the “free corner” area where folks always leave items for taking. The guy yelled out his window and came out to take pictures, despite me telling him we were not going to dump items and taking the one item we’d left back into the truck. I have photo evidence we didn’t leave anything! These guys were polite and wonderful the whole time.

The movers were great but your app sucks! I selected a Goodwill near me that was on your app, but it was closed/shuttered. You guys costed me money (that I’d like back).
The Goodwill that they originally went to was closed for donations, they communicated with me the entire time and went to another that was still open in another town. Wonderful guys!!

FEEDBACK FOR LUGG’S APP: Please remove Goodwill and Salvation Army donation locations as options you promote within the app. It is extremely misleading to your customers. Not one of the places listed in San Francisco is accepting donations at all — NONE. Javier ended up having to take perfectly good items to the dump. Had I known this was the case I would have sorted something else out but ended up being stuck with that as the only option as the stuff was already loaded up in the van. Really, really disappointing and extremely frustrating.
This was for transport of a donation to Goodwill - but it turns out that they would not accept it. Alfredo called me and followed through with an alternative
Very professional, were able to quickly decide how to move my unwieldy couch out of the apartment; very knowledgeable about what would be accepted at Goodwill and checked ahead of time about dump hours to save time - thank you.
Very friendly & helpful, but we had a significant miscommunication today. I scheduled two different Lugg pickups - One scheduled for Under 30 Minutes, a smaller flatbed truck to take a few things to Goodwill. The other was scheduled for 3 to 4p pickup, medium van destination Shamrock Moving & Storage. Ultimately the van, who showed up sooner, took the things to Goodwill & the fellas w the flatbed loaded valuable, family antique furniture & unloaded at Shamrock. They did a fantastic job!!!
They were able to switch my destination address on the fly and get to Goodwill on a tight timeline before they closed - much appreciated!
They went out of their way to deliver to goodwill only to find out they were not accepting donations, even though I called to confirm! They ended up taking it somewhere else, really appreciate their flexibility! Very nice guys and super communication
Erick was great in helping me drop off a donation load. Goodwill had a long line to drop off but he saw that the Salvation Army across the street was opening up to receive stuff. He helped me open my boxes and then sort stuff into the Salvation Army bins.
The guys came out to pick up the furniture they were really cool & very good, brilliant job!! The furniture was meant to be going to Goodwill, & I’m finding it really hard to understand why Goodwill wouldn’t accept a leather sofa that’s only two years old. So now the guys had to take almost new furniture to the dump And we got charged an extra $50 for that. At which point does this make sense? Almost new furniture nothing wrong with it ending up at the dump!!!! Your guys did their job, but this is not right surely there must be people out there who need furniture. There are homeless people who need a hand. I appreciate this isn’t your problem, but we have to do better than this.
I need a major cutback on the price. I had 3 pieces of furniture that goodwill said they would take. Then he got there and said they wouldn’t take two of them. I paid for him to come back and put them back here. Driver was excellent and efficient. Highly recommend the person but the process and the App are quite misleading
