Roger was picking up a Facebook marketplace purchase for me and we ran into difficulties trying to get a hold of the buyer for 30+ mins. Roger not only hung around patiently, but proactively helped me work the problem by contacting Lugg support, brainstorming back up plans, and ringing doorbells to find the pick up contact. My order had a billing error which charged for an extra hour of labor. Thankfully Delroy verified the technical issue and the support team was diligent in correcting it. This is my first time using Lugg, but Daquan and Anibal made everything so easy. There were a lot of stairs and the hallways were very narrow at the pickup location, but they moved my dresser out with no problem. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move a Facebook/Craiglist purchase.
