These guys were absolutely great. The couch we bought just wouldn’t fit through to the door of the apartment, so Jose & Christian hoisted what was a very large, and very heavy couch, up and over our first floor porch. It was a feat of strength, imagination, and determination. They did it! And I say Bravo!!! I would certainly hire them again. - Rachel
This is my second time working with Todd and Kareem and they are so great! Friendly, quick, efficient, great communicators. Moved a dishwasher from my apartment to Home Depot for a return and stayed in touch the whole time, made the whole process super smooth and easy. - Jessica
Wonderful job, took a large, antique, heavy dresser and nightstand set up apartment stairs and through a narrow entry with ease, care and efficiency! Would use them both again! - Claire
Konstantin & Spencer were super helpful in helping me and my client navigate a small box move from one apartment in Santa Monica to a storage unit, moving things around the new apartment and removing some furniture back to storage. I asked for white glove service and they delivered; they were helpful and professional. My client was thrilled! - John
These guys are absolutely amazing. When numerous people have tried to help me no one could. They were able to move my sofa into my apartment within 5 minutes. Thank you so much - makayla
Ren and Victor are the best!! They maneuvered a huge pull-out couch into my second floor apartment with efficiency and ease. Will be my go-to’s for any future moves! - mel
Stephen and Joseph were absolutely amazing! They are a father-and-son team, and they were incredibly friendly, professional, and hardworking. They handled my furniture with great care and made my apartment move smooth and stress-free. They were punctual, efficient, and had such a positive attitude throughout the entire job. Their hospitality and kindness really stood out. I truly appreciate all their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers. Thank you both for making my move so much easier! - Prach
Isidro and Cristian were incredible movers and transported a very large, bulky, and heavy, custom credenza and shelf to my apartment on the third floor. They maneuvered everything like pros. - Corey
Konstantin and Simon were amazing. They were attentive and went above and beyond while completing the move. They were fast and they unwrapped and took off the door hinge to get a fridge into our apartment. I highly recommend them for Lugg services - DeAndre
They went above and beyond and made sure my couch was protected before getting it into my apartment with a small hallway! - John
Incredibly helpful and professional. I purchased a large piece of furniture site, unseen on Facebook marketplace. I didn’t realize that the piece was going to be extremely hard to make it up into my apartment but Orlando and Jamal figured it out with a positive attitude. Will use Lugg again and highly recommend. - Garrett
Alfonso and Eric were super efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond to take good care of the furniture and the apartment! Thank you gentlemen! - Henry
They were great! Was moving from my dorm to my apartment, they carried up five heavy boxes up 3 flights of stairs. They were incredible 🙏 - Lily
I had an amazing experience with my two luggers! They were professional, efficient, and handled everything with so much care. Moving furniture from a second-floor apartment is no easy task, but they made it look effortless. They were also super friendly and communicative throughout the whole process. I would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend them to anyone! - Alma
PLEASE BOOK THESE GUYS They were amazing and when my couch couldn’t fit through the hallway, they tried every single option to make sure it got my apartment safe. - Stassi
Greg and Erik were quick and careful with our move. I needed a sofa bed moved to my new apartment and they were kind enough to also include my new TV console. Their teamwork was awesome and they were so friendly and made the whole moving process great when it could’ve been stressful. We definitely recommend Lugg and this team for future movers. - Adrienne
Jose was great! Brought my new coffee table up to my second floor apartment. Friendly and efficient. Gave him a cash tip 🤗 - Whitney
Hello. I am requesting that Alejandro return to disassemble the table and put it in the apartment unit. Unfortunately, it was not done due to miscommunication. How much will it cost for him or another worker to remove the legs to the table and reassemble it for the apartment? - Michelle
Moved everything big in our apartment so quickly and easily. I didn’t know a move could be that simple. Thanks! - Jon
Igor and Alejandro were incredibly efficient, kind, and resourceful! They made my stress levels immediately lower and had everything under control the whole time. My items packed the van to the brim and they executed that perfectly, even with stairs to my apartment and wrapping several of my items. Thank you both for your help and kindness! - Sabrina
Konstantin and Kali helped move my apartment in an emergency situation with nothing packed or ready. I’m super grateful for their help in such a stressful time. - Shaye
Edwin and Konstantin were so helpful! They helped me move some items from my apartment to a storage unit nearby, and they made it look so easy. I appreciate their communication, kindness, and care in moving my things. I’d love to work with them again! - Angel
Luiz was efficient, timely, communicated well, assisted me with carrying the piece into the apartment (up a flight of stairs) with ease. Would hire again! - Zachary
Alvaro helped me to move the heavy dinning room table (still in package and very well kept) into my apartment and up a flight of stairs, without any hesitation or issue. It was extremely helpful and a job that would have taken a considerable effort on my own. - Zachary
