Clifton and Julian quickly and efficiently moved my mattress from a second floor bedroom. When they arrived at the drop off destination and were told that mattresses were accepted (it was my fault for knowing to check beforehand), they tried to find an alternate solution and they even provided other locations in the area. It wasn’t really an easy day and they ended up having to come all the way back to the original pick up location to unload the mattress again. I appreciated all their hard work! - Christina
