These guys were pro. I had a little hang-up with the Crate & Barrel warehouse people and your crew informed me immediately. I asked if they could wait until I got there to straighten it out since I live only 10 minutes away. Your crew was cool with that and once I arrived, C&B released my table for your crew. I’ve been in situations where I had been left high & dry by movers so I really appreciate them giving me a heads-up and a little extra time to resolve the C&B hold up.

Fadil and Isaac were amazing. First of all, communication with them was clear and fast. They were responsive and timely. Second, they had a great attitude and were positive throughout the whole move even when it was hot and I was living on the third floor of a walk up apartment. They were able to fit every box into my packing cub in a considerate and efficient manner. Very satisfied with both of their work. Great guys! And great workers !

This was my first experience with Lugg and it turned out so great that we've been telling everyone about what a great find it was and how smoothly the day went, particularly since my wife and I weren't as well prepared as we'd have like. Danny and Matt were rockstars! They salvaged an otherwise messy situation when my originally scheduled Lugg movers informed me they couldn’t perform my move at the last moment. Danny and Matt had my move added on unexpectedly at the end of their work day and had to drive nearly 2 hours in rush hour traffic to help me move a few items out of my garage (and subsequently had a long drive back to the city). They were extremely fast during the move itself, respectful, polite and personable. I am extremely grateful for their assistance, especially considering the last-minute nature of the scheduling.
They brought an enormous old wooden buffet side table up back stairs, vertically. It was a feat of engineering and strength and I'm so grateful!
