Same-day works for any IKEA purchase you can collect from the store, so the trip home doesn't have to wait for a delivery slot. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that picks up IKEA furniture from the store and carries it to the room you choose, with movers on the way within the hour or at a one-hour window you pick.
Most IKEA furniture comes flat-packed, and a full cart of wardrobes, bookcases, dressers, desks and bed frames rarely fits in a car. Choose a pickup truck for a few boxes or a larger van for a whole room, and movers load it all at the store.
An IKEA Click and Collect order works the same way as a cart you've just paid for at the store. Once it's paid for and ready, movers collect it from the pickup area and bring it home to the room you choose.
Couches and sectionals are the heaviest, bulkiest things most people carry out of IKEA, and few cars have room for them. Movers carry them up stairs, into elevators and down long hallways, then set them down where you want them.
Enter the IKEA address and your own, choose a vehicle, and Lugg shows an upfront estimate before you confirm. There's no hourly minimum to work around. IKEA sets its own fees for orders it ships, while a Lugg is booked and priced separately, so the estimate you see is for the trip you're booking.
