They were great! They came to a house in auburn and delivered in San Mateo. They were very courteous and got the job done quickly. At drop off they stayed and made sure to assist my parents and not leave until they were happy with everything. Thank you guys!!
My first time to use the App and was a little skeptical. Apparently this will not be the last . Steven was very punctual and very professional. Still learning how the app work and how to give tip etc. Will definitely use it again!
Jesus was great. Very professional. My one complaint is the price. This delivery turned out to be double what it should have been. $25 plus .95 a minute. $50 max. This was a super easy, light weight delivery. Because of this, I will not use Lugg again unless the price is transparent. Thank You.

Hello, I recently completed a Lugg move today and need an itemized invoice for insurance documentation related to a home restoration claim. Could you please provide an invoice that includes a detailed description of the services performed? The movers assisted with the return of household contents to the home after mitigation work and helped reposition furniture that had been stored in the garage. Specifically, the services included: • Transporting household belongings from temporary housing back to the residence • Returning contents to the home following restoration work • Moving furniture that had been stored in the garage back into the house • Repositioning multiple furniture pieces including sofas, sofa chairs, dining table, kitchen table, desks, stools, and entryway table • Moving rugs and rug pads back into place • Carrying items upstairs and placing furniture back into the appropriate rooms • Moving planters and other household furnishings from the garage into the home The movers spent several hours assisting with the return of contents and placing furniture back into position throughout the house. This documentation will be submitted to my insurance company as part of the pack-back / return of contents process following mitigation. Thank you very much for your help.
Ted and Joseph were absolutely amazing! They arrived on time, handled my dryer with great care, and made the entire move quick and stress-free. Both were professional, respectful, and clearly experienced they knew exactly what they were doing. I truly appreciated their positive attitude and how smoothly everything went from start to finish. If I ever need movers again, I would definitely request them. Highly recommend!
Omg this team was beyond exceptional. They moved a couch from my house to my son’s down the street. My son said he doesn’t know when he’s worked with a team that was so great, plus they give me ideas for using their services again, wouldn’t have thought of that. Mario and Ignatius are great. The feedback is more about the website for Lugg. It should be more descriptive about moving Peloton’s since the website is marketing Peloton moving as one of your specialties. It looks like we’ll need rebook and have 3 or 4 people to move the Peloton Tread.
They were great when I showed them how much extra furniture my sister wanted moved! The only complaint was there were deep visible scratches on one of the bookcases & they are in the front. Moving blankets & Saran Wrap would have prevented that from happening. I tipped them $40 each in cash. And thank you so very much for a job I could not do!🎄😊

The Steven’s were definitely professionals! They had to take apart a 60 year old bed, move it across town, and then set it up at its destination within 15 minutes. Very polite. Will definitely hire again!
Andrew and Christian were a pleasure to work with. They worked hard. We did have a few problems though. In moving the buffet they were unable to stand the unit up due to the height of the ceiling. The unit was the same size as our existing buffet do I knew it would fit. They tried different scenarios without success. I suggested that they remove the base, which they did but it still didn’t give it enough clearance. I then suggested they remove the second largest section of the cabinet which we worked. But, in putting the buffet back together they incorrectly matched the holes and woodwork. When they finished we looked at the unit and we noticed that the base was off about 1/4” all around and that there were 4 nails sticking up through the wood. I knew that it was getting very expensive having them here so we asked them to take the top unit off and leave it on the floor so we can correct the way the base was put on. Only one small piece of the wood was split and I’m hoping that it won’t be noticed. I suggest that there should be basic training on how big items are put together so they will know what needs to be done in the future. I can take pictures if you need them. It was an Ethan Allen piece which is highly crafted and maybe extra knowledge about manufacturers. When handling these type of items I expect customers to have high expectations on the moves.

Not only can they pack a Uhaul like artists, they were hard working, steady, easy to deal with, and non-judgmental (you know what I mean - movers are seeing you at your absolute worst). A big shout out to both of them. Lugg, whatever you’re paying them, it’s not enough!
