Chingis is the best. He was communicative, helpful, understanding, and super flexible. He dealt with an unexpected difficulty (the place wouldn’t take large furniture items) and handled it swiftly. Highly recommend!! - Alice
Truly an amazing duo. They were on time, communicative, and went above and beyond to wrap the furniture! When the larger piece of furniture did not fit in the elevator they carried it up 5 flights and were incredibly patient and calm. Could not recommend more, I am so grateful for their help! - Caroline
Completely wowed by the Lugg service . Had two large chairs ( 40x40 boxes ) to be picked from west elm . Shipping was $279 but Lugg did it for $55 !! And right on time , excellent service!! The Lugg employee has wheels too so don’t have to lift the box except for stairs . Overall , cannot wait to use the service again !! - SHWETA
Excellent experience! Professional and efficient pick-up of a Facebook Marketplace item when I couldn’t be present. And smooth delivery - they were able to get a large, heavy piece of furniture through small spaces and exactly where we wanted it. Would trust them with any move. - Nicole

Micheal & Jean were super friendly and very helpful. Their patience and professionalism helped the move go very smoothly. They even removed some extra large cardboard boxes for me! - Allie
Wilmer and Glenroy were phenomenal! They helped move a large TV stand quickly and even arrived at the pickup destination early~ I couldn’t have had a better experience! - Malia
Nathanial & Joshua were very communicative with me along the journey, keeping me up to date on the status of the delivery. They expertly wrapped and transported a large console that arrived in perfect condition to my apartment. Excellent work! - Mary
Pedro and Matthew were very careful with the large cabinet I was moving. They even went to the trouble of taking off the glass doors to ensure the doors did not break in transit and re attached the doors upon arrival. The piece was carefully wrapped and transported with care. - Michelle
William and Hector were INCREDIBLE! Figured out moving our extra large couch into our apartment even when it looked like it wouldn’t fit through the front door. Highly recommend this duo! - Jessie
Pedro and Matthew are the real deal! This was my first time using Lugg on the East Coast and I had such a fantastic all star experience with them. They were patient, kind, and went above and beyond in making my move back to New York a success. Matthew was great in communication and letting me know what to expect. He also was able to move large and bulky pieces of furniture. Pedro was amicable and so skilled with helping breakdown and reassemble a complicated bed frame. He has such a great spirit. They both worked so well together and I wish I could give them 100 STARS! I hope to work with them again during my next move. All the best Pedro and Matthew. Wishing you both the best life has to offer and praying God continues to bless you! - Yemi
