I didn’t realize the HomeGoods store opened at 9:30 and I chose the 9 to 10 time slot for pick up. But they were kind, and communicated with me, and still came at the time slot that I picked. What a wonderful service and really terrific gentlemen. - Sandy
Serge and Michael made moving my new lounge chair and ottoman a breeze! Super efficient, careful and kind. Thanks so much!! - Erin
Tavis and Delroy were the best luggers! They were on time, efficient, and made the whole experience so easy. I almost didn’t keep the ottoman, but they encouraged me to—and they were absolutely right, it fits perfectly. Truly appreciate their help (and their design instincts!). Highly recommend. - Grayson
Matthew & Pedro were excellent. Very professional. Took great care wrapping all the furniture. Made the move of a large sofa, armchairs, table and ottoman easy. Would recommend - Evelyn
They really took care of my sofa and ottoman. They even wrapped it beautifully which other delivery companies dont do. They were very polite and nice. They did their job excellently! Salute to these two and lugg! Besos! - Fulla Rishabelle
Elvis and Tavis did an exceptional job moving bookcases into my walk up. They were friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone for their moving needs. - Jon
Robert was great and super strong and very smart, logical and efficient. He was able to get in one load what I thought would’ve taken at least three or four loads. I was very impressed and then when he got to the other side to deliver my bookcase to my parents, my dad said the same thing about him so we were very grateful to have Robert as our lugger today! - Mystral
Moving a heavy bookcase to a 5th-floor walk-up building was a challenging task. They executed it with remarkable efficiency and demonstrated utmost attention to the safety of the product. Highly recommend! - Minhwan
Was an amazing helpful mover!! The bookcase was heavier than we expected and he was so helpful lifting it together - Brigit
Vaughn and Carlos were lifesavers!! I would not have been able to move this bookcase on my own. They handled the weight and three flights of stairs expertly! - Claire

I had a very lovely experience with Brett and Hector! Very nice and friendly! Also clear experts in moving - I watched them flawlessly maneuver my bookshelf in the doorway. - Matthew
Great movers!! Both Otilio and Alejandro took good care and were considerate with each of my items. Otilio helped me take apart my headboard as well. There was excellent communication throughout the entire process and they arrived quicker than expected at both destinations. Outstanding job overall! - Somdatta
Frank and Andrey were amazing! They disassembled my entire bed frame and headboard and reassembled it for me at my new apartment and went above and beyond to do so. I’m so appreciative and would re-book them in a heartbeat! - Nicole
Really prepared, kind, and helpful! Brought all the moving blankets and wrapping supplies and even fixed the dresser legs for me while he was waiting for me to open the door for drop off. - Saniya

Whether HomeGoods delivers depends on the store, so it's worth asking at yours. When the piece won't fit in your car, that's the gap Lugg fills. Book a Lugg before you leave the register, and Lugg movers pick up your purchase and carry it inside to the room you choose, often within the hour. You pay HomeGoods for what you buy, and Lugg's upfront estimate covers the delivery. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has completed more than 4,000 HomeGoods pickups in the past year, from more than 300 HomeGoods stores.
HomeGoods stock changes all the time, so the piece you love today may not be on the floor next week, and leaving it behind to come back with a truck is a gamble. Chairs are the most common HomeGoods Lugg, from accent chairs to recliners, followed by sofas, tables, mirrors and rugs. Console tables, cabinets, sideboards, bookcases and patio sets come home the same way.
Choose a vehicle at least as long as your longest piece. Most HomeGoods runs fit in a pickup truck, booked as a Lite or a Pickup, and its bed is at least 6 feet long and carries a tarp. A Van (at least 8 feet) or an XL (at least 10 feet) is enclosed, which keeps a velvet sofa or a framed mirror dry on a rainy day. A Box truck, 12 to 16 feet, takes a whole room of furniture in one trip.
Lugg movers wrap and strap each piece before it goes on the truck, and the pieces that need it most at HomeGoods are the ones that look sturdy and aren't: an oversized HomeGoods mirror, glass-topped tables and stone-topped consoles. If a piece is heavy, check its weight before you book. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Anything heavier needs more Luggers on the job, so book a second Lugg for the same time window.
Lugg movers carry your HomeGoods order to the room of your choice, whether that's a walk-up apartment, a bedroom upstairs or the back patio. Measure the doorway and the turn at the top of the stairs before you buy a HomeGoods couch or an armoire, because a piece that fits the room still has to get through the door first.
