I was having trouble returning some boxes to Ikea. They went above and beyond by taking my stuff upstairs and even registering for the return!!! Can't recommend enough!!!!
They were on time picking up from Ikea and noticed that the order was wrong!!!! Great catch!!! They were also super fast on delivering my stuff to my apartment. All in all would recommend to anyone!

Robert was excellent. He called ahead of time to let us know when he arrived at IKEA to pick up the furniture, and to double-check that what he was picking up was what we expected. Very thoughtful. He then texted to let us know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he was prompt, polite, courteous, efficient, and careful. He also helped us to bring our new sofa upstairs. Even though the sofa had 7 pieces, everything was done in under 18 minutes. I can’t remember the last time I had such great delivery service. Thank you, Robert!
I randomly found a -as if dresser from IKEA. Obviously I didn’t come prepared to take that home. I was told there’s a delivery service. Well from the time I purchased the dresser it was 2 hours later and it was delivered to my house. Can we say convenient. They were so profesional and very accurate on the timing. I was updated through out the process. I highly recommend it.
I'm really thankful that my order arrived right on time as scheduled. But I want to share something else that made me even more grateful. Usually, I expect the IKEA delivery folks to just drop stuff at the apartment entrance and head out. So, I was waiting outside for the delivery truck like always. But today was different! A van with ‘Lugg’ logo showed up, and two delivery guys actually brought in my ordered table and the super heavy dresser right inside the building! One of them even asked me if I was living alone. When I told them I'm on the first floor, they didn't hesitate to carry that bulky dresser all the way into my apartment. This has never happened with my IKEA orders before. Anyhow, a big thanks for not just delivering my furniture on time, but for going the extra mile to bring it inside my apartment!

1) Constant communication 2) When they accidentally delivered the wrong item, they very kindly HELPED me deal with the IKEA representative on the phone to report the issue and, 3) they found my correct item and delivered it to me SAME DAY, within 2 or three hours! Wow! I was blown away ! Very nice gentlemen, both of them!

Moreover, they arrive right on time around 11:00am (EST) right at the beginning of my scheduled time window 11am-12pm (EST). The IKEA order was a big mess & Annur took the time to double check that all the pieces on the order are there before delivery. They were efficient & courteous. Hope they are the right pieces when the Tasker comes tomorrow to assemble!
