Roger was picking up a Facebook marketplace purchase for me and we ran into difficulties trying to get a hold of the buyer for 30+ mins. Roger not only hung around patiently, but proactively helped me work the problem by contacting Lugg support, brainstorming back up plans, and ringing doorbells to find the pick up contact. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!

The movers were great! For some reason after the mattress was picked up, I got a message that my delivery was canceled. It should have said confirmed but it said canceled. The delivery was not canceled and delivered with care. Thank you!

Delroy was communicative, professional, and friendly. He handled the delivery with care! Love the live tracking interface. It’s very useful especially in coordinating with a different party for pickups and delivery. I use FB marketplace often and when I need delivery in a pinch I’m able to book quickly and with ease. My order had a billing error which charged for an extra hour of labor. Thankfully Delroy verified the technical issue and the support team was diligent in correcting it. Will definitely be using again!
