We had a big chair to get in a tight space and these gentlemen were patient and creative and ultimately we were able to get the job done. Thankful for them and their help, and also for not having to take the door off the hinges to get the chair in.🙌🏽

It was pouring rain but they kept everything dry. They were friendly and quick and helped me move a chair that I couldn't move by myself. They were respectful of my property and I would have no problem using lugg again

They arrived on time they got a big box in a small elevator, they somehow managed to get the chair into a small room, they unwrapped EVERYTHING, they took away all the trash and put it in the bins, and they were both nice, friendly, helpful, courteous, kind all the things. I was hesitant to use the service but now it’s in my go to. Thanks so much.

Chris was amazing, he kept in touch with us every step of the way, came right to our house had to travel a pretty long distance in traffic and then had to go back. Chairs are in great shape. Everything went very, very smooth.
