Raymond & Freddie were so very nice and professional. They made sure my chair was exactly where I wanted it, and took care not to damage it or my home. I had originally contacted another company, and have been waiting for two days for them to deliver my chair. Rescheduled twice. I am so happy that you guys were able to come thru for me. And it was immediate service. Picked up within 20 minutes of my request, and delivered soon after. And it was cheaper than what the other company was going to charge. I will definitely recommend you to anyone that needs moving assistance. Don’t forget to let Raymond & Freddie know that they were awesome and exceeded my expectations. They also left their moving blanket here. I will keep it here for them to pick up. Thank you very much!
With this said, based on my experience, the Lugg app does a great job of providing detailed estimates showing me all relevant details, including the exact price I paid. David & James made my move overall experience an excellent one. As I was shopping around for a moving company, that would be friendly, on time, and stood out due to their value and customer care, well I found them! These guys were courteous, skilled and did not waste any unnecessary time, and packed everything professionally.
Ming and Erick were punctual, professional, and extremely considerate and careful. They did an outstanding job! I am going to highly recommend them and I’m if I need anything large moved/transported I will definitely be using them again!

Leonardo and Khalid were so kind and helpful in bringing a quite large sectional into our second floor apartment. Great communication and efficient moving. They went above and beyond taking care of our new item, picking it up from someone in Carlsbad and bringing it over to me, despite sitting in over an hour of traffic. Very grateful for these two!

This was my first time using Lugg, I really just needed a pickup & an extra set of hands to transfer my new desk I had purchased to my apartment. My lugger came prepared with not only that but a few blankets & wrap to keep my new purchase safe while we traveled a few miles north on the interstate. I’m so grateful he had such care with my item! The whole experience was about 30 minutes long, a quick trip but honestly so helpful! He was friendly, attentive & I’m just really grateful for the help!

Ruben and Harold did such a great job first for my mom and then my mom's friend! If you ever use Lugg for their services and you get these two guys, I think you'll have a great experience too! On a side note having nothing to do with Ruben and Harold, using Lugg for a second delivery that same day, Lugg added 50% more in fees. They charge an additional $2.02 per minute ($121.20 p/hr) on top of the flat rate quoted on the app. They only give an email as a means to contact customer support which adds to the negative customer experience.

Best customer service ever. they were both professional, patient, and solved problems on the fly. The oversized couch needed to be dropped off on the 3rd floor, and the elevator did not work. Without question, they got to work and managed to figure out a way to fit the couch there a small staircase and carried it all the up to my place one step at a time. I cannot express how grateful they made it happen. It was a difficult challenge and they exceeded beyond my expectation. I strongly recommend them for your next move. Thank you!
