Really appreciated Jose and Francesco doing the heavy lifting for me today, they even adjusted the placement of the heavy dresser once planted as the fabric underneath wasn’t centered. Great guys! Phone calls and texts weren’t going through and they still figured out a way to find my house. TY! - Stephanie
Jose & Michael were both fantastic. Helped me move my very heavy refrigerator. I hope to use them again! Thank you. - Lawton
Super friendly with great communication. They worked super hard to get my heavy sleeper sofa in the house! Highly recommend! - Carrie
We thought they both were awesome. Very professional, very careful with our stuff and they were quick. We had some very heavy things and they handled it well. We tipped them $50 and I wanted to tip more so I’m happy I could add more here. I will be using you guys again. I’d like to mention that I had ordered the help only two days ago. Ours was not a move to another house yet but getting ready to stage the house and we needed to move a lot of things into our garage and upstairs ADU. The Lugg service was exactly what we needed. Thank you so much! - Lynmichelle
Laura and Juan were awesome. Heavy piece of equipment and they worked great as a team to move it perfectly in my gym. - Jamie

Arrived on time and professional, friendly, and strong! Protected the washer/dryer combo from injury, it’s extremely heavy but they never tilted it, even up 3 steps at my home. They made sure they could park where they did and worked well together! Trustworthy, too! - bernadette
Jimmy & Denis were so positive while moving our heavy marble table. They wrapped the top like a professional moving company and handled it with such care. They did a great job and would trust them moving any quality pieces. - Steph
These thoughtful and helpful men were wonderful! I appreciate how hard they worked yo safely deliver my heavy peloton bike up steps and for asking me if I was sure it was where I wanted it. Thank you! - Debra
They not only moved my console, they moved my heavy bbq to the other side of the property. They were friendly, accommodating and took care moving my items. Great experience. - Angela
They transported a super heavy material lift. They worked hard using two methods to get it in. Fantastic, well worth it!!!! - Paul
Ummm one of them seemed very tired, inexperienced and I was surprised the wore backless crocs to move a heavy mattress up and down stairs. I’m guessing that was coree. But they got it done. I was grateful I had my own supplies that helped them (a mattress bag and a moving blanket). They show up empty handed. - Elizabeth
Juan and Jose moved a very heavy piece of furniture up two tricky flights of stairs—they were very careful and did a great job! Highly recommend! - Michaela
William and Richard arrived right on time, wrapped everything professionally and did a great job moving some VERY big and heavy furniture up difficult and narrow sf staircases. I highly recommend them! - Alex
Trigo made sure to pass along details of the pick up and the product that i would not otherwise have known, as I ordered it from FB marketplace. They also helped me move some heavy furniture out of the way before placing new couch down. It was nice to work with both of them! - Caleigh
Jay and Jordan arrived on time with smiles, introductory handshake’s and were ready to work. The heavy elliptical machine was loaded, unloaded and maneuvered through tight spaces to its location inside our house with their skill and strength. My expectations were exceeded hiring much needed help from the Lugg app. The scheduling was easy, the price reasonable and Jay and Jordan are high quality workers! Thank you guys. It was my first time using Lugg and it won’t be my last. I’ve already recommended to one person and will continue to do so. - MARY
Julio and Julio were amazing! Friendly, patient (lots of people telling them different things), and moved everything quickly and well. Got a large/long heavy sofa up two flights and into a small apartment with a narrow hallway when none of us thought it could be done. Magic. Above and beyond. Even helped with removing the trailer hookup for our U-Haul trailer. - Heather
