Erick and Joy did an excellent job! I scheduled the pick up and needed it in 2 hours. They showed up at the destination, worked with the sellers and brought the couch here to my place. I did not have to go there, and they placed the couch in the bedroom respectfully, using blankets on the ground and got it through tight corners and hallway! Thank you !!!🙏 - Kelly

They took a minute to plan the path into the apartment before bringing anything in, which made everything feel really smooth. One small note is the bungee cord used to secure the bed mechanism left a dirt mark on the white couch. I was able to get it out with soap and water, but something a bit cleaner or padded might help for lighter fabrics. Overall really good experience and I’d definitely use them again. - Matthew

We selected the Lugger lite option, submitted photos and described our couch for pickup but it was clear that the base fee for lugger lite wasn’t a fair payment for the movers.
