Jovany was very very knowledgeable on how to move appliances and even hook them up for me as a favor. These two are experts and should be respected. I wish I had known ahead of time that they could only make one trip. I wish I had the option of a bigger truck and more movers. I wish Lugg provided better estimates of time based on amount of stuff. Not sure what the time estimate is of a two-bedroom apartment, but my two bedroom apartment without appliances took all day, and the movers arrived after the arrival window.

Andriy and Peter arrived ahead of schedule to pick up an appliance I had purchased. They were very prompt, bringing it inside with care and even offering to attach the hoses and set everything up. Luis and Antonio were amazing! They arrived right on time! Loaded our delivery in. Made sure the floors were protected and all doorways were clear with our big appliance.

Luis and Kevin are awesome movers! They moved my 94 inch couch skilfully from my second floor apt around tight corners at the stairs, overcoming great difficulty. They moved the rest of normal furniture efficiently and professionally. As I instructed to have the whole load donate to Salvation Army, they advised me from experience what might not be accepted at the donation Center hence saving me trouble. When the donation Center declined some larger appliances, they helped contact another location and helped me donate there. They were very friendly, communicative and followed instructions. Highly recommend!

Had to move appliances across front grassy yard to enter rear of the house with 5 big appliances. They didn't even bat an eye. Fast, courteous and skilled. I love love love the Lugg app.
