Team arrived exactly on time for my pickup. And beat me to my destination! Edgar & Marcelo were strong and capable. I’d had fears how the move would go, since my furniture had so much glass and mirror work. But they knew exactly how to handle and pack everything. The move took less time than I’d expected. And my new furniture looks great in my home now!! Thank you!! - Hilarie
They were awesome! They took the time to wrap the glass top of the desk and took great care during the delivery. - Michelle
They were fast, conscientious in following Covid protocol, very careful delivering a heavy glass item, made sure I had it exactly where I wanted and happy before they left. Both gentlemen were super kind. Thank you! - Ronak
Adeel and Shahbaz were very careful when moving our heavy Hutch with lots of glass. They even helped me attach new slider feet before attaching the top portion. - Ken
Washington and Jessy were amazing. They were very professional arrive on time, quickly pick up the item and arrived to my home quickly. They were very friendly with helping place the item and went above and beyond with not only unboxing my delivery but helped me find the missing glass which the manufacturer weirdly placed at the bottom of the unit. I would definitely have them deliver to my home again. - Monica
These guys were amazing- my own personal moving heroes!! Not only were they both polite and very personable...they carefully (and delicately!!!) navigated a difficult move-in situation with several large pieces of furniture (inc. around a glass stair bannister!!). 10/10, 5/5, would definitely use again. Highly recommend!! - Mary
Edgar & Steven were efficient, strong, expert movers. They were patient gentlemen that allowed me to move things an inch here & there repeatedly. I really appreciated their help & felt safe around them. I hope that I get them the next time I Lugg. They were friendly, warm & pointed out flaws in the items I didn’t notice initially. My fragile items were safely delivered & carried up stairs multiple times. Can’t say enough wonderful things about these 2 - Thank you! - D’Anza
There were glitches with the app & confusion about where to pickup; however, he went to different places until he found the right place. I appreciate the follow thru & muscle. My heavy, but fragile items were delivered intact. - D’Anza
They delivered a big, heavy, and fragile object from 100 miles away. They did a great job with everything. - Robert
Friendly, fast, and were on point. One of the items I had moved was an off white linen couch. I'm very pleased to say that it was delivered in the same condition that it was picked up in... not one speck of dust/dirt on it. The Mercedes moving van was sparking clean inside and out and lined with a clean oriental rug to protect my items. I would highly recommend Adeel & Aaron to help with a move. Especially if you need fragile items or light colored fabric covered furniture moved. Thanks again guys! - Jaime
Quick and efficient and kept you updated on deliver window status. AAA+++ GOD Bless and a Big Thank You stay safe out there always. - Joseph
They were very friendly, courteous and efficient. They fully briefed me on how the furniture was packaged and warned of the dirty exterior packaging. They placed the furniture exactly where I wanted it and made sure I had the best access for unpacking. I was very impressed with the Lugg process. I was informed through text messages of every step so never had a moment of uncertainty. Plus, more importantly, I could schedule a time that best suited me versus a "window" only known 2 days before. I will use Lugg in the future. - Georgeen
Great team. Identified a need to move furniture in town at 2:00 on a Saturday and these guys were available. Got everything moved on time and quick. - Anne
Flawless experience! I had a specific item that needed careful transport, and Parham and Jamal knocked it out of the park. They were punctual, super friendly, and followed my weirdly specific directions to the letter. It is surprisingly rare to find movers who actually care about your items and your home, but this crew treated everything with total respect. Fast, seamless, and incredibly easy to work with. Hire them immediately - Dov
Mario and Edgar went above and beyond to help me move a large cumbersome item. I could not have moved it without them! Excellent service. - Andrew
Casey and Richard were on time, very professional, moved the furniture carefully, and were efficient. Would use them again! - Amy
Great folks!! Super helpful and kind. Really helped make the move as smooth as possible. Definitely will call on you for services in the future !! THANK YOU so much. - Deb
This was first expierance with luggage movers. These movers were amazing! Kind, efficient, and took care of my belongings. Excellent service!!!! - Amber
Ted and Joseph were absolutely amazing! They arrived on time, handled my dryer with great care, and made the entire move quick and stress-free. Both were professional, respectful, and clearly experienced they knew exactly what they were doing. I truly appreciated their positive attitude and how smoothly everything went from start to finish. If I ever need movers again, I would definitely request them. Highly recommend! - Miche
Omg this team was beyond exceptional. They moved a couch from my house to my son’s down the street. My son said he doesn’t know when he’s worked with a team that was so great, plus they give me ideas for using their services again, wouldn’t have thought of that. Thank you Ted and Joseph; you are beyond amazing!! - Susan
Mario and Ignatius are great. The feedback is more about the website for Lugg. It should be more descriptive about moving Peloton’s since the website is marketing Peloton moving as one of your specialties. It looks like we’ll need rebook and have 3 or 4 people to move the Peloton Tread. - Alex
They were so great! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! They moved so fast and helped arrange everything so perfectly! They were so nice and transparent! I truly appreciate it! - Abigail
My piece being moved was VERY heavy AND upstairs….. they worked so hard to make sure it was safe and intact. A+ ON TIME PROFESSIONAL - Heidi
Steve and Steve were great. Quick, efficient, Lugg is awesome. I’ve used this company for a number of moves and have never had anything but the best experience. - Alex
