MIRACLE WORKERS! I was so worried about bringing up my XL dresser to my new 5th story home and they made it happen with not a scratch on my furniture. So grateful they were my movers!!! Very professional, wrapped all belongings in blankets and movers wrap. Would love to use this dynamic duo again for future moves.
I didn’t realize the HomeGoods store opened at 9:30 and I chose the 9 to 10 time slot for pick up. But they were kind, and communicated with me, and still came at the time slot that I picked. What a wonderful service and really terrific gentlemen.
Kevroy and Ladji were super fast, arrived right on time, and made moving my home office a breeze! I would be happy to work with them again in the future! 📦

This is for Lugg specifically, not the drivers. Selected pickup for between 3-4, as my partner at home needed to leave at a certain time. Pickup was at 445 which prevented my partner from being able to leave and missed an event. There was no mention that there was a possibility that I would have to wait almost an hour.
Truly couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with Lugg. They were unbelievable- the kindest, smartest, best movers I could possibly have imaged. safely transported my antique piece down 5 flights and then safely into my home. And they were unbelievable kind and easy going. Just truly the best.
The guys were great! They were so fast getting to and from the sites and they brought up and placed the items in the home as needed. Highly recommended. Thanks so much!!!

Amazing! They removed the legs from our table, and not only delivered it, but put it together in our new home. Had all the care to make sure nothing got scratched.
Delroy was great! He picked up my order from Home Depot and delivered it to our building’s elevator with a dolly. He was a great communicator and pleasant to work with! Highly recommend!

Well from the time I purchased the dresser it was 2 hours later and it was delivered to my house. Can we say convenient. They were so profesional and very accurate on the timing. I was updated through out the process. I highly recommend it.
The guys were amazing - even in this terrible weather! I hope they arrive back home to their families safe and sound.
